The Resurgence Trust is seeking a talented and experienced senior editor to work on all aspects of the production of our bimonthly membership magazine, which has been hailed as the flagship publication of the environment movement. The successful candidate will be committed to ecological, spiritual and social values.

Working as a key member of the editorial team, the new editor will help to develop strong content, to communicate the ethos of the Trust. They will also be able to demonstrate good editorial leadership.

We are looking for an exceptional person who can combine a philosophical understanding of where the environment and ecological movements have come from, where they are now, and where they need to go, with a proven editorial track record and a reputation for original thinking.

This is an exciting role for the right person and will involve commissioning, editing, writing, forward planning and networking.

The new editor will report directly to The Resurgence Trust’s Management Team and will be expected to make a wider contribution to the success of the organisation.

Salary: £22,961 per annum

This is a permanent position (28 hours per week), based in Hartland, North Devon. This is negotiable for an exceptional candidate.
